Hello, Cinnaminson Middle School students and families! My name is Mrs. Kerry DiSimone and I am the very proud principal of Cinnaminson Middle School! I received my B.S. in Special Education from The College of New Jersey in 1996, then returned to TCNJ to earn my M.A. in School Counseling in 2004. I continued my education, with a concentration in School Leadership, at Delaware Valley University and was certified as an assistant principal/principal and supervisor in 2013. As a member of the Cinnaminson Township Public Schools' staff since 1996 and working in several capacities, such as an elementary and special education teacher, school counselor, assistant principal and finally, principal of Rush School, has prepared me to take on the important role as principal of Cinnaminson Middle School.
Throughout my career, one constant has remained... my love for working with children and helping them succeed as young academics and citizens. That will always be my main focus, whether it is by way of supporting our outstanding staff in their creative endeavors, researching and introducing new innovative ideas, or working directly with the amazing students attending our school and their families.
Outside of school, I am an avid fan of music, particularly the Beatles, love spending time at the beach, and enjoy reading as many books as I can fit in my already-packed days. My greatest pleasure, however, is every moment I spend with my husband, son, and two daughters!
My door, literally & figuratively, is always open, so never hesitate to reach out with any questions or thoughts. I am looking forward to having a fantastic 2024-2025 school year with our staff, students, and families!
